Please reach out to us at support@help.monin.com with your order number. We will then reach out to FedEx and open a case about the order you have not received. After 24 hours, if FedEx is not able to locate the missing package, we will gladly send out a replacement order to you at no additional cost. If you happen to receive your order within this time frame, please do let us know so that we can avoid a duplicate order being shipped out inadvertently.
