Monin Natural Zero/Sugar Free Syrups may crystallize when exposed to temperatures at or below 45°F due to the concentration of erythritol (an all-natural sugar substitute derived from plant sources) in the product. When exposed to cold temperatures for an extended period, the erythritol forms crystals that settle to the bottom of the bottle. While the product is still safe for consumption, the sweetness levels may change significantly.
