Shipping and Return Policy
For all orders placed on monin.us:
- Free ground shipping for orders $40+ in the contiguous US only.
- Orders ship via FedEx.
- No shipping to APO or PO Boxes; physical address required.
- Free shipping orders are not guaranteed a delivery date.
- Shipping is not available to Mexico.
- Orders on monin.us are for contiguous US delivery only. No export documents provided unless ordered through MoninExport. For international inquiries, contact:

How soon will you ship my order?
- Free ground shipping orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
- No shipments on weekends or holidays.
- Expedited orders placed before 12 p.m. EST (Mon-Fri) ship same day. No weekend delivery.
- Expedited orders after 12 p.m. EST, weekends, or holidays ship next business day.
- High order volumes may cause delays; we will notify you if expedited shipping is delayed.

Return Policy
- Returns accepted only if product is unopened, undamaged, and unexpired. Damaged/expired items will be refused and returned at customer’s expense.
- Refunds only for items in full, unopened condition.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs to our Largo, FL facility.

Return Process
- Notify customer service before shipping and request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without RA will be refused.
- RA number is valid for 30 days. If return is not received in 30 days, RA is canceled.
- Request an RA at support@help.monin.com.
- Provide the following information:
- Name, Order Number, Ship-To Address, and Order Date
- List of products being returned, with expiration dates and lot numbers
- Quantity being returned
- Carrier’s name
- Approximate return date
- Reason for return
- Credit is issued after inspection and must be in resalable condition. No credit for damaged or expired products.
- All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
